sourced from domestic construction sites, with original working

How is the quality of the machine?
All our construction machines are carefully selected original
domestic equipment with real working hours and transparent machine
conditions. Each machine has passed strict multi-level tests
including engine performance detection, hydraulic system pressure
test, walking system inspection and overall mechanical debugging.
We eliminate accident machines, water-soaked machines and faulty
machines completely. All equipment is in excellent working
condition, ready for immediate construction and long-term stable
operation after arrival.
What is your payment term?
We adopt flexible and safe international trading payment terms to
protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.
Customers only need to pay 30% deposit in advance to reserve the
machine and lock the price. The remaining 70% balance shall be paid
before shipment. The whole payment process is standardized and
transparent, avoiding any hidden charges.
How long does it take for the machine to start shipping?
We maintain sufficient offline inventory of mainstream construction
machinery models all year round. After receiving the final full
payment, we will complete final machine inspection, packaging and
port delivery arrangement. Normally, the machine can be shipped
within 7 to 15 working days. For urgent orders, we can support
priority scheduling and shorten the delivery cycle on the premise
of ensuring machine quality.
What pre-shipment and after-sales services do we provide?
We provide full-process professional services for all sold
equipment. Before delivery, we conduct comprehensive machine
testing, fault inspection, parts maintenance, overall
refurbishment, deep cleaning and anti-rust packaging to ensure the
machine meets export standards. We support real-time video
inspection and on-site factory inspection for customers. Meanwhile,
we provide professional operation guidance, remote technical
support and lifelong consultation services. If customers encounter
equipment operation problems after receiving the goods, our
professional technical team will provide efficient and targeted
solutions at the first time.
